Refund policy

All sales of the NavNext Focus 2026 package are final, non-transferable nor exchangeable.

If you you would like to appeal for an exception to the sales policy, please email  christine@navnext.com directly to discuss. An appeal does not guarantee a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information on your refund

You can always contact us for any return question at christine@navnext.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges/Transfers
The purchase of this package is not open to exchanges. Packages purchased as a gift can be transferred to the gift recipient, the must be specified at time of purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, for items purchased by residents of the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

Refunds
In the event of a return exception, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
